By the time a young athlete reaches high school they have typically played on dozens of teams and under dozens of coaches, but probably still haven't learned the fundamentals of athleticism, core strength and the basic skills to creating a life long athlete!
The skills and habits that theses kids learn in our athletic development program can shape the person and athlete they grow to be. Our All Sports Camp takes on a contemporary approach to athletic development that not only focuses on the physical aspects of athletic development but the mental as well. Our comprehensive camp will address the following:

Intro to Strength Training

This years camp will focus on the following areas: Speed and Agility, Cognitive Conditioning, Intro to Strength Training and Mindset Training.Who will be training children during summer camp?
Beast Athletics Sport Performance Specialists will lead camp activities each day.What training do they have?
Our staff typically have or are working toward college degrees in kinesiology, sports performance, or physical therapy, and are trained and certified by Beast Athletics on proper training procedures and methodologies. Most of our staff played sports at the college and/or professional level.What is the -to-camper to coach ratio?
There will be at least coach for every 5 campers.Will the camp provide lunch/snacks for the children?
No, campers are asked to bring a water bottle and snacks if desired.Has all of your staff passed a background check?
Yes, ALL staff has undergone background checks.Are all staff trained in first aid?
Yes, all staff has been trained in first aid.How will my child be placed in a group?
Campers are placed based on ability and age.May I pack a snack for my camper? Where/when can they eat it?
Snacks may be brought to camp. A snack area will be designated for breaks.What is your sickness policy?
A sick child is to be kept at home for his or her own sake and that of the
other children and staff.How does your general camp pick up and drop off work?
Drop off will take place out front. A staff member will meet campers at the door for a quick drop off.
Pick up requires campers to be signed out.Do you provide transportation to and from your camp?
